Oatmeal nutrition facts
Actually, oatmeal is a beauty treasure chest, the richest grain of all grains in macro and micro nutrients. From early childhood, every mother tells her daughter to eat oatmeal for health and beauty. It contains lots of protein (18%) and is very rich in essential amino acids and starch (up to 40%). Oats have more iron than other grains.
