Beauty secrets of oatmeal

Actually, oatmeal is a beauty treasure chest, the richest grain of all grains in macro and micro nutrients. From early childhood, every mother tells her daughter to eat oatmeal for health and beauty. It contains lots of protein (18%) and is very rich in essential amino acids and starch (up to 40%). Oats have more iron than other grains. They are packed with phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, magnesium, manganese, nickel, zinc, selenium, fluorine, and iodine. Oats contain fats, biotin, and B1, B2, B6, and K vitamins.

In oat, the nutrients are excellently balanced making it the closest to human milk food. No wonder many peoples in ancient times used “oat milk” as a substitute for mother’s milk when feeding babies.
